School Computers Stolen

Officers of the Besson Street Police Station are now combing several parts of Laventille for 14 Brand New Computers which were stolen from the success Laventille Composite School sometime over the weekend.

A police report said the items were secured in the Computer Lab around 2:30 on Friday afternoon.

However while the security guard was patrolling the compound he discovered a gate leading into the computer room had been forced open.

A report was made to police and a team of officers from the Besson Street CID led by Sergeant Frank and Constable Thompson visited the scene.

A check was made and 14 Dell computers along with two printers all valued at 96 thousand dollars were missing.
