Realistically speaking you looking at 1.5 million. Before Movie Towne, Diamond Vale properties were worth half a mill, now they are worth 1.5 upwards. Now I am getting a bit nervous when I see the monthly payments for mortgages .$7000 a month!! That is crazy but it reflects the land property values of present. Now I'm trying to be open-minded but the sad thing is that many young people are making that $7000 a month. Now the alternatives to buying the house would be buying land and building because that MAY come up cheaper than purchasing a house. But my question, if you are buying land, will you have to pay a mortgage on that land or will it just be another make it happen loan? And when it comes to building loans is there a way to compound both land loan and building loan together?I'm at the age where you finish University and you looking to branch out on your own but you want the best but economical options that won't put you in too much debt.
