Citizens are being urged to exercise caution as more land slides are expected due to the saturation of the soil following heavy rains recently.

The appeal comes from the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Management.

Recently appointed Chief Executive Officer of the O.D.P.M., Colonel George Robinson, said it is important for members of the public to monitor the weather reports.

He encouraged people to alert the relevant authorities of landslides or flooding to get help.
