South police have detained 2 men in connection with a car stealing ring

Reports say ASP Cecil Santana and a party of officers investigated a series of larceny of motor vehicles in the area

They’ve discovered the duo…aged 26 and 28…have been responsible for at least 3 stolen vehicles …2 in Princes Town and one in Marabella

Police are uncertain of the precise address of the 26 year old…as he offered several addresses…in Mayo…Duncan Village San Fernando… and Mayaro

The 28 year old hails from Priam Street La Romaine

Investigators say they believe the men can assist them in solving many thefts in the area

Charges are expected to be laid today
