Mayor of Chaguanas Suruj Rambachan says their borough is looking forward having a grand celebration this year as they have much more finance to conduct their activities than the previous years.

In an interview with news-power Mayor Rambachan says they are hoping to attract a greater quality of mass matched with participation.

He says they have been given assurances from the protective services that security would be stepped up.
