After two years of almost constant bickering between the judiciary and the executive, new Chief Justice has called for a new era to be ushered in.

Speaking at a ceremony to welcome him as head of the judiciary, Chief Justice Ivor Archie pledged to conduct the affairs of the court with fairness.
