Co-ordinator of the Regional Carnival in the Central District Andrew Hosein says Chaguanas can expect to see one of the biggest carnival in all the years.

According to Mr. Hosein the build up of the events within the week has been overwhelming and as the weekend approaches they are anticipating a great time.
