A man was found bleeding from his wrists this morning at the San Fernando General Hospital.

Ryan Ramlochan… of Oil Field Road in Carapichima… was found lying unconscious at around 6 o clock in the bathroom on ward 11 of the hospital.

He succumbed to his injuries moments later.

The body was then removed to the hospital’s morgue.

Ramlochan was admitted to the hospital a few days ago. He was HIV positive.
