As national family month culminated on the Brian Lara Promenade Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Social Development Antonia Popwell says as a nation we need to preserve the family unit.

Speaking to a small gathering Ms. Popwell applauded those communities where strong families exists but pointed out special attention still needs to be paid to non-functional families.

Meantime Communication Specialists at the Ministry of Legal Affairs Naylan Ayoung wasted no time as they sought to remind consumers that they need to know their rights and responsibility.
