House Speaker is to say today whether Local Government Minister committed a breach of Parliamentary privilege when she said TT$4 million was provided to the Penal/Debe Regional Corporation for providing truck-borne water supply.

Kamla Persad-Bissessar raised the issue in the House of Representatives. She said the Chairman of the Corporation has denied the claim.
