The Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago is assuring while the company plans to stay competitive, workers would not be unfairly treated.
T.S.T.T. recorded a profit of 169 million dollars for the period March 2007 to March 2008.
The utility lost 239 million dollars in the previous financial year.
