3 persons were arrested and appeared before a San Fernando Magistrate today to answer charges related to the Kidnapping of 14 year old student Amrisha Ramdial and Mark Ali.
Reports state the three persons are Denise Herrty aged 40 of Cipero Street Fyzabad, Keron Harris aged 28 of Lady Hills Avenue and Brian Pierre aged 32 of Enterprise.
They appeared before Magistrate Mark Wellington in the San Fernando Magistrates court charged with 2 counts each of Kidnapping, demanding ransom, and receiving bail money.
They were also jointly charged with the possession of a .38 Smith and Wesson revolver.
The matter was adjourned till the 28th of July in the Chaguanas magistrates Court for Amrisha’s Kidnapping and the 5th of August for Ali.
