The Acting Chief Inspector, Occupational Health and Safety Agency is expecting a report to be forwarded to his office today.

This as speculation continues into whether the rules were followed when the bridge was being dismantled

However, in a release sent out yesterday the Ministry claimed that preliminary reports indicated that normal procedures were being followed by the workmen.
