Citizens are losing faith in the proper administration of Justice… hence the high incidence of crime and gangs in Trinidad and Tobago.

This is the view of Independent Senator and Criminologist Professor Ramesh Deosoran.

Speaking on CNC 3’s morning show yesterday, Deosoran said, violent crimes against persons are rarely, if ever, convicted in this country.

He says the proper administration of justice is critical in crime fighting.
