Chairman of Urban development of Trinidad and Tobago Calder Hart says that the residence of the Prime Minister and the Diplomatic Centre will not be for the sole usage of the prime minister.

Speaking during the official handing over of the diplomatic centre just before the meelee, he said the facility, which was built at a cost of 148 million dollars, will be available to all citizens of this country.
