Citizens of this country are being lauded for accepting foreign labourers.

This commendation comes from Michael Zhang, Managing Directing of the contracting company responsible for refurbishing the Prime Minister’s residence and building the Diplomatic Centre.

At last Wednesday’s handing over ceremony of the 55 million dollar Centre; Zhang stated that Trinidad and Tobago will progress because of this accommodating culture.

Echoing similar sentiments was Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Arlene Mc Comie, who stated that the Shanghai Construction Group International has a sound track record.

Mc Comie insisted that Government’s mission was to procure the best available services, time and money permitting.
