Fire in Arima

A mother and her two children are now displaced as their 250 thousand dollar home went up in flames this morning.
The fire which completely destroyed the # 9 Sanchez Street, Arima home is believed to be electrical.
A relative of the family, Calypsonian Carlos James, AKA Skatie told us the family was asleep when the fire started.
He said they were unable to save anything as it quickly spread through the concrete and wooden flat.
The Arima fire service is investigating the origin of the fire.
